NCI-2025-00146

A Phase 3 Randomized Double-blind Study of Adjuvant Pembrolizumab With or Without V940 in Participants With Resectable Stage II to IIIB (N2) NSCLC not Achieving pCR After Receiving Neoadjuvant Pembrolizumab With Platinum-based Doublet Chemotherapy (INTerpath-009)

This research study is testing if adding a new vaccine treatment called V940 to the usual immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab can help stop lung cancer from coming back after surgery in patients with Stage II to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have had chemotherapy and pembrolizumab before surgery but still have some cancer left (did not achieve a complete response).

Immunotherapy: The immune system helps fight cancer by sending the body's defense (immune) system to kill the cancer cells. Immunotherapy drugs target cancer cells to prevent them from multiplying and growing.

Non-small cell lung cancer: A type of lung cancer with non small cells that grow too much and can spread to other parts of the body
