A First-In-Human, Phase 1 a/b Dose Escalation and Expansion Study to Evaluate RBS2418 as Monotherapy and in Combination with Pembrolizumab in Subjects with Advanced Unresectable, Recurrent or Metastatic Tumors


This Phase 1a/b study evaluates a drug RBS2418 as monotherapy and in combination with Pembrolizumab in subjects with advanced unresectable, recurrent, or metastatic tumors. Patients with these conditions can participate. The study aims to assess the safety, effectiveness, and recommended dosage of RBS2418


advanced: Advanced cancer means that the cancer cells from the original tumor (primary tumor) get loose, spread by traveling through the body, and start a new tumor (metastatic tumor) somewhere else in the body.

unresectable: Unable to be removed through surgery

metastatic: cancer that has spread from its original location or organ to other parts of the body.
