NCI-2022-06272

A first-in-human, phase 1/2, open-label, multi-center, dose-escalation and dose-expansion study to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity of the ATR inhibitor IMP9064 monotherapy and in combination with PARP inhibitor senaparib in patients with advanced solid tumors

In this study, researchers are investigating a new medication called IMP9064 to see if it's safe and effective for treating advanced solid tumors. They'll start by giving different amounts of IMP9064 to find the safest dose, and then they'll study how the body handles the medication and whether it helps shrink tumors. Additionally, they'll see if combining IMP9064 with another drug called senaparib makes it more effective against cancer.
